Introduction of Urdu Language
Urdu is one of the most popular languages of South East Asia. It is a bridge for communication among the speakers of different languages in that region.
Urdu belongs to the Aryan family of languages. It is described as a multidimensional language because it has a Hindi grammatical structure, Arabic vocabulary, and Persian script. Even though Hindi has a different script of writing, Urdu is the identical sister of Hindi. It also seems like Urdu is a sibling of Arabic and Persian but in fact it has just borrowed the vocabulary from those Languages and it has adopted Persian script. Urdu has a mixture of diction taken from several different languages as well such as, Hindi, Sanskrit, Turkish, Spanish and English.

It was born in the 12thcentury and it has become a literary language at its very young age.Its popularity is constantly increasing and the credit goes to Ghazal, the most popular form of Urdu poetry. Urdu has also played an important role in the success of the Indian film industry, Bollywood.
